These are the notes from the Orchard workshop that Les holds regularly.
Les says: Growing fruit is one of the most satisfying occupations there can be. Many people plant fruit bushes and trees, but are worried about pruning them, firm in the belief that their actions will surely end in the destruction of their treasured plant. The reality is very different, and you really have to be determined to kill a tree through pruning!
The aim of my workshop is to foster confidence through knowledge. Fear after all is the unknown, and when you know what happens and why, confidence grows.
