Peter Coate Exhibition
At the Wells & Mendip Museum from 6th July to 4th August, artist Peter Coate shows a selection of his work over the past 50 yrs on the Mendip Hills and the Somerset Levels.
Les Davies thoroughly recommends this exhibition, for which he helped to choose some of the paintings. Somerset and Mendip are Peter Coate’s home territory and the exhibition includes some paintings of churches as well as glorious landscapes.
