Mendip Times – April 2016

We’re well into British Summer Time now, and even if we can’t promise sunshine all the way, we can promise that Les will deliver another great column for the Mendip Times!

This month, Les takes time to celebrate the newly awakening countryside (even if the winter was one of the milder ones on record). However, he has a word of caution for walkers and dog walkers, that some of those just waking from a long winter nap may not be in the kindest of moods!

Les also finds time to talk social media, and discuss this fantastic new way of sharing his love of the countryside (even if his camera may need an upgrade!) Why not follow Les on Twitter or like the new Westcountryman Facebook page?

To read the column, click on the image below to go to the Mendip Times website. The best way is to view the magazine on PDF – go to the option ‘the magazine’ on their menu and then click to download the latest copy of the Mendip Times. Les’ column is on page 56 of the April edition:

Or you can download this and Les’s previous Mendip Times columns on our archive page.
