Mendip Times – May 2016

It’s May already, and as the days are getting longer, from here on in, life on the land gets pretty busy! Take a few moments to join Les for his May column for Mendip Times.

This month, Les takes in some of the folklore around this merriest of months, looks forward to the oncoming summer, and looks back again to his childhood on Hales Farm.

A date for your diary, too, if you’re nearby. Les is judging entries in the Enviromental Youth Awards at this year’s Royal Bath & West show from June 1st, so why not go along?
