For the second year running, Les acted as Master of Ceremonies at the Godney Wassail, held at the Sheppey Inn, Godney this past February. Aiming to raise funds for the Village Hall, this revival of an ancient celebration takes in music and merriment with plenty of cider!
Experienced radio producer and braodcaster Paul Lund has captured a unique audio document of the evening. Les is fully at the heart of events, as both MC on the night, and narrator of the documentary. Music is provided by Somerset Morris, The Bluebells and Idle Road.
